Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high demand, promotions, or seasonal periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Middle East / Asia / Australia: 7–18 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs handling, or unforeseen delays by the courier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when reaching a specific order value threshold (if stated on the website).


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.
PolarCare is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product or shipping cost

  • The responsibility of the customer

Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or delayed, contact us at:

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the courier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the damaged product,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label.
